New MMRV Vaccination Programme

We are now offering the MMRV vaccine, which protects against Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Chickenpox in a single vaccine.

This is part of the new NHS childhood immunisation schedule:

• First dose: 12 months
• Second dose: 18 months

Catch-up for older children:

• Children over 6 years who missed the MMR vaccine will receive MMR in 2 doses, 1 months apart.

Eligible children will be invited by the practice.
