Your Responsibilities as a Patient
- Treat our staff and other patients with courtesy.
- Attend appointments on time, or cancel if you can’t attend.
- Give us accurate details about your health and medication.
- Follow the advice and treatment plan agreed with your clinician.
- Order repeat prescriptions in good time.
- Use emergency and urgent services only when needed.
Appointments & Services
- Appointments – Book by phone, online, or at reception.
- Home Visits – For patients too unwell to come to the practice.
- Out-of-Hours – Call NHS 111 (or local service) for urgent advice when we are closed.
- Repeat Prescriptions – Request online, by phone, or in writing.
- Test Results – We will contact you as soon as results are reviewed.
Confidentiality
Your records are kept secure and confidential in line with NHS and data protection laws (GDPR).
